Vibrate ‘n‘Shake
An experienced team of HVAC specialists as well as our state-of-the-art simulation and test facilities enable AURORA to optimize the development of HVAC systems and their integration into different vehicle types based on customer-specific requirements.
Our HVAC systems are tested to the limit before the start of production. For this purpose, at AURORA Group we have state-of-the-art test facilities for various types of vehicles and components. In Germany and the Netherlands, we have climate halls suitable for vehicles of up to 15 m in length and 3.3 m width for conditions ranging from -46°C / -50.8°F up to +50°C / 122°F. Our division, AURORA North America offers a climate hall, too.

In our test facilities we test our components to the limit, including vibration, noise, lifetime, through to efficiency. For our customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico the test facilities of our American branch office are open for use.
The test facilities of the AURORA Group are best suited to validate the functionality of heating-cooling systems prior to the series productions. Our highly qualified team and test facilities are available to support you for tests of either entire systems, or even individual components.
